How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Coordinator, Digital Media Planner will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns for both branding and performance purposes, to meet the company's defined business objectives.
The Coordinator, Digital Media Planner will be responsible for:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business partners and the digital campaign traffic team, ensuring the translation of each line of business objectives into achievable digital metrics.
- Develop digital media plans that take full advantage of the features available on each buying platform, as well as the digital assets available to each business partner. The focus of the role will be on developing conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign execution through the traffic team, suggest improvements or modifications to campaign operators, and monitor the impact of these modifications.
- Understand the technical aspects of planning, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting paid digital campaigns focused on conversion and awareness objectives.
- Maintain an analytical perspective and make data-driven decisions that result in clear improvements for campaigns and their business.
- Provide campaign performance information to different areas of the company in a consistent and comparable manner.
- Have focus on platform updates and new market opportunities.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 2+ years of experience in digital media planning, platform optimization, and comprehensive reporting for performance-driven and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across key social platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), as well as DV360 campaigns and programmatic buying via DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).
- Strong understanding of pixel implementation, custom conversions, and event tracking across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and X, ensuring accurate campaign measurement and performance tracking. (Experience with these tools is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus, enabling smooth communication in a dynamic, global environment.
