How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
El Coordinator, On Air es responsable de la producción y coordinación de todo el contenido que sale al aire, asegurando la calidad y relevancia de la programación. Este rol implica cubrir eventos en vivo, generar contenido creativo y seleccionar y editar mensajes de los oyentes. Se busca una persona proactiva, con experiencia en producción de radio FM, conocimientos del mercado musical y habilidades en edición de audio. Es esencial que el candidato tenga una alta capacidad de adaptación, manejo de redes sociales y disponibilidad horaria.
El coordinator On Air, sera responsable de :
- Producción y coordinación de aire de Radio Disney.
- Cobertura de Eventos.
- Generación de contenidos de aire.
- Selección y edición de mensajes.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Previa experiencia como Productor de Radio – (EN FM)
- Conocimientos del mercado música.
- Skills técnicos: Edición de audios, organización, generación de contenidos para el aire, guiones.
- Perfil proactivo, creativo, atento a Redes Sociales, con gran poder de adaptación.
- El rol cuenta con turnos rotativos por lo cual se requiere disponibilidad horaria.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
