How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Coordinator social media will join the Disney+ Latam team to support the execution of our social media activities and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
This role will work closely with our Digital strategist, the Social Media Supervisor and Marketing teams to deliver engaging content on time and align with broader brand initiatives.
The Coordinator Social Media will be responsible for:
- Assist in the implementation of the social media plan defined by Campaign Leads.
- Coordinate closely with creative and design teams to manage deadlines, briefs, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure posts are on-brand and aligned with campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Ensure all social media publications are properly tagged and monitored, delivering insights and recommendations to the Data Analytics team.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring to the team.
- Share and distribute materials to internal stakeholders across the company.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- +2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing, ideally within Entertainment, B2C, or service-oriented industries.
- Familiarity with major social platforms and management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Airtable, etc.). Design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
