If you did, it was likely because of the detailed planning and execution of The Walt Disney Studios Media and Marketing team…and if you didn’t – it’s probably because our targeting is that good.
We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join the Performance Marketing arm of this media team. We are an integrated, cross-functional team of marketers, software engineers, data scientists, and analysts who help the Media team execute highly data-driven marketing campaigns for theatrical, streaming, and brand campaigns.
As a Sr Software Engineer, you help build out our technology portfolio: innovative campaign planning tools, complex data science workflows, and elegant web applications that blend the art of advertising at Disney with the science of our data-backed insights.
This role is unique – our team is embedded directly within the Disney marketing organization. We're aligned and mission-driven, with the freedom to move fast and innovate to achieve our goals. You'll tackle the challenges of executing a precise paid media strategy, using the latest technologies and tools in the data/tech space. If you're excited about this, please get in touch – we'd love to hear from you!
