Job-Zusammenfassung:

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will serve as the lead for Loyalty Product Marketing and Disney+ Perks, overseeing the program’s strategic direction, product roadmap, and go-to-market execution. This hybrid role blends deep product strategy with world-class marketing instincts, ideal for a strong leader who can drive business impact across loyalty, engagement, and platform innovation. This Senior Manager is responsible for both U.S. and international expansion of Disney+ Perks, and requires close collaboration with regional stakeholders across multiple time zones.

This role leads a cross-functional team of product marketers and a product manager, developing product requirements, partnering with Engineering and Data Science, and shaping new subscriber experiences from concept to launch. You’ll also drive all marketing efforts and offer strategy, acting as the connective tissue between product, partnerships, creative design, viewer experience, CRM, social, lifecycle, finance, consumer insights, legal, brand, PR, and regional marketing teams. We’re looking for someone who is as fluent in Product architecture as they are in positioning and storytelling, someone who can read a room, simplify the complex, and lead through influence. 

Responsibilities: 

Program & Product Leadership

  • Lead the strategic roadmap for Disney+, bundles, and loyalty initiatives, including development of future product enhancements.

  • Oversee the design, branding, and user experience of the Disney+ Perks platform to ensure alignment with brand standards and subscriber expectations.

  • Define and manage the loyalty product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and user insights.

  • Lead product development conversations with product and design teams to ensure our product solutions and evolutions meet and exceed our subscribers’ needs.

  • Influence broader subscriber experience initiatives that intersect with loyalty, including identity, personalization, and bundled product value propositions.

Offer & Partnership Strategy

  • Develop a comprehensive offer strategy informed by research, analytics, and competitive intelligence to support the broader partnership roadmap.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring compelling offers to market that drive subscriber value and retention.

Marketing & GTM Execution

  • Lead internal marketing efforts across social, email, and PR channels by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.

  • Drive GTM strategy for new features, offers, and platform updates, ensuring timely and effective launches.

  • Deeply understand our subscriber base and synthesize key insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence across various Voice of Subscriber channels to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Global Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and manage the global strategy for Disney+ Perks, including brand guidelines, governance frameworks, and performance tracking.

  • Ensure consistency, localization, and scalability of the program across international markets by partnering with regional teams on brand adaptation, execution, and optimization, often across varying time zones.

  • Incorporate regional insights to ensure product-market fit and cultural relevance across markets.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Lead financial forecasting and budget management for the Disney+ Perks program.

  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Data Science to define KPIs, measure performance, and inform future investments.

Insights & Optimization

  • Synthesize insights from analytics, research, and market trends to inform product, marketing, and GTM strategies.

  • Continuously evaluate program performance, optimize spend, and and identify opportunities for innovation that increase lifetime value and reduce churn. 

  • Champion a test-and-learn culture by designing experiments across product and marketing initiatives to drive continuous innovation.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of Product Marketers, empowering individual growth while driving team-wide impact.

  • Remove roadblocks foster cross-functional alignment, and drive operational clarity across the team.

  • Represent Disney+ Perks initiatives in senior leadership forums, translating product and marketing strategies into clear business narratives.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, loyalty programs, or digital consumer experiences, ideally within a subscription-based, entertainment, or media environment.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

  • 3+ years of management experience, with a passion for building best-in-class teams. You empower your team to grow their careers while driving measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and lead strategy for including lifecycle marketing and internal channel planning (e.g., email, in-app, social, PR).

  • Strong background in loyalty or membership programs, including offer strategy, partner integrations, and user experience design.

  • Experience writing product requirement documents and managing product roadmaps from MVP through scaled iterations.

  • Deep customer insight capabilities: able to synthesize data, competitive intel, and qualitative/quantitative research into actionable strategies.

  • A balance of analytical rigor and creative intuition, comfortable diving into subscriber data, writing positioning docs, and giving creative feedback.

  • Skilled at managing complex, interdependent projects across global teams with varied incentives and priorities.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SmartSheets (project planning), JIRA (product development tracking), and Adobe Analytics (performance insights and optimization).

  • Experience managing vendor and agency relationships, especially related to sweepstakes, promotions, or digital fulfillment.

  • Financial fluency, including budget forecasting, ROI modeling, and performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all levels and functions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.


The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $151,000 to $202,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
