This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
This is a 6m FTC role.
The Supervisor will be responsible for the development of insight driven UK marketing strategies and best in class campaigns for Disney+, at both an overarching brand level and IP specific executions.
The focus, and measurement of success, is to build brand awareness, understanding and
consideration of Disney+, and awareness and excitement of high priority content drops, to help drive, in partnership with the performance & retention teams, sign ups, subscribers and loyalty.
The individual will have day to day responsibility for UK marketing activity, working with the research and insights teams, be the expert on the UK market; audiences & behaviors, the TV & SVOD landscape and broader entertainment industry at large.
The individual will also be expected to work hand in glove with other Disney+ departments including synergy, performance, retention, PR, social and partnerships to help plan integrated strategies.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
- Create and execute industry leading, insight driven, innovative & effective marketing
- Campaigns for Disney+ at a brand and specific IP level, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage and be responsible for campaign planning process and timelines, including internal and external briefings, implementation and post-campaign reporting & analysis ensuring learnings and recommendations flow into future activity.
- Day to day management of the media agency, building a strong and trusted partnership to ensure continued innovative and effective campaigns.
- Day to day management of our key media partner relationships in the UK, currently Bauer & Lad Bible.
- Detailed campaign budget management, tracking purchase orders, managing vendors, and supporting the Snr Brand Manager with quarterly financial planning.
- Partner with the Performance, Promotions and Retention teams to ensure media plans are connected and intertwined with their activity.
- Be a key point of contact with the publicity team to ensure we are aligned and maximizing brand and content publicity opportunities.
- Be an expert on attitudes and behaviours of key UK audiences and where and how to connect with them.
- Understand the competitive environment from both a platform and content perspective (TV, SVOD & Theatrical), applying insights to gain competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor members of the Marketing team to ensure team is motivated, enthused and excited.

- Proven Marketing experience
- Ability to formulate, manage high profile, end to end marketing campaigns in the UK
- Previous agency management experience
