We are looking for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our CSR team in London!
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organisation builds upon The Walt Disney Company’s long legacy of operating as an honorable and socially responsible company and being a force for good in the world. This organisation works world-wide, collaborating with multiple stakeholders – Corporate, Lines of Business and External partners to create and implement innovative initiatives and programmes that positively impact our communities, consumers, and employees.
Across the business demand for CSR programmes and campaigns that have greater scale and impact continues to grow. This role is critical to align ongoing line of business (LOB) and in-market strategies with the Company-wide strategic priorities that will drive the greatest brand business value for TWDC. Ultimately this role will support the Director and Senior Manager in connecting employees and consumers to CSR programmes that reflect the company’s CSR mission.
This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
What You Will Do
Support the Senior Manager and Director across signature regionwide initiatives that deliver moments that matter for children and generate the storytelling opportunities to amplify Disney’s Social purpose.
Work closely with the Director of Social Responsibility for EMEA and Director of ESR Hospital and Wish Programmes in the US to identify and agree upon the Regional-wide signature multi-market partnership programmes to be scoped, developed and rolled-out across the region, including direction and resource allocation for programmes, projects and partnerships
Work closely with the CSR Governance Manager to help implement guidelines, toolkits and impact reporting across EMEA markets
Primarily focus on our main operational partnerships and programmes which bring the most impact across our Region. Examples of those day-to-day relationships include
Be responsible for the deployment of Disney’s signature ‘Moments that Matter’ programme across the Region
Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad reputational impact on the business through innovative thinking and bespoke solutions
Provide guidance, blueprints and support across the business to ensure that programmes are delivered and measured at the highest of levels befitting of TWDC
Work with the Global ESR team, the EMEA CSR Director and Senior Manager to determine the best way to direct and maximise resources and company assets to deliver the greatest impact
Review activation performance and identify lessons that can be used to enhance the success of future programmes
Lead specific projects, new development projects and support support/teams – internal and through third-party agreements to achieve milestones and objectives
Attend industry meetings and forums as a representative of the Disney organisation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in designing and implementing social impact programmes across the Health or Social care system across EMEA
Experience implementing child-patient partnership solutions
Formal training, degree or industry standard certification in complex Project Management and value chains. For example, Prince 2 Practitioner Certified
Experience of working with and implementing third sector models such as a Theory of Change and proven track record of design and implementation for SROI
Experience of Managing direct and third-party project teams to deliver multi-market/multi-complex installations across the European healthcare system
Partnership and stakeholder management experience, including contract negotiation
Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills and ability to use project management and team management software
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changing deadlines and timelines
Ability to set clear goals and manage multiple assignments with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to self-direct and drive projects from start to finish
Able to demonstrate broad cultural awareness and sensitivity to support international working and development
Ability to Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organisations problems to drive forward workable solutions across multiple countries

Candidate will be expected to flex working hours and travel to different locations within EMEA and potentially the US to support programmes and campaigns where necessary.
Candidate will be expected to carry out any task of the operational team, including other management responsibilities and as cover or where the senior team feel the need to re-prioritise.
