About the Role & Team
Be you, be here, be part of the story!
At The Walt Disney Company, magic is more than just a word; it's a way of life. For a century, we've been inspiring imaginations, celebrating diversity, and bringing families together through our beloved stories, characters, and experiences. From our iconic theme parks and resorts to our groundbreaking films, television shows, interactive media and products, we're dedicated to creating magic that knows no bounds.
We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team in London, on a 12 month Fixed-Term basis!
Based in our London office in Hammersmith, the EMEA Transfer Pricing team is looking for a Manager to support our businesses with their transfer pricing obligations.
The successful candidate will work with the Principal, International Transfer Pricing Operations and report to a Senior Manager Transfer Pricing, collaborating with the transfer pricing team in the US as well as with the broader tax, finance and legal teams in the UK. The role will encompass transfer pricing compliance, audit support, review of operational transfer pricing calculations as well as support with ad hoc transfer pricing projects.
The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise. Its businesses include television and film, Disney+, travel, cruise lines and theme parks.
Disney has operations in multiple countries worldwide and so hands-on experience of working in a large tax team, either in practice or in-house, and advising on inter-company transactions is critical. Disney outsources the production of its transfer pricing documentation to a Big 4 provider and therefore experience of such a partnership, either from the perspective of being the provider or recipient would be advantageous.
Join us in shaping the magic behind the scenes!
