We have a very exciting opportunity to be part of the Human Resources (HR) function joining our Global HR Operations (GHRO) Organisational Management and HR Information Systems (HRIS) team. During the 12-month placement you will rotate between the below teams:
Organisational Management
This remit oversees The Walt Disney Company’s structure, handling position management and HR data impacts while maintaining high service standards and global partnerships.
During this rotation, you will learn about headcount management, audits, and improving efficiencies. You will support system hierarchy and data integrity across regions and interact with HR partners like Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Global HR Operations, and HR Business Partners.
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
As part of the HRIS function you will support with a broad range of operational and project support for our HR systems such as SAP and Workday in which you will work to manage the core structure, client engagement, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, training, and project integration tasks.
In this rotation, you will consult on business changes, translate requests into functional requirements for technology teams, ensure accurate HR system setups for compliance, troubleshoot errors, and manage data changes and enhancements.
In both roles you will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions.
You will gain hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshooting, testing system changes, and ensuring HR systems meet business and legal requirements.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Eligibility
Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Available to start working full time from August 2025

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Annual salary of £28,000 with 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)
