This is a fixed Term Contract for 6 months based in Madrid with the option to work from home one day a week.

Reporting to the Acquisitions & Retention Senior Manager, this role will work in close collaboration with Brand, Customer Management, PR, Synergy & Partnerships teams, as well as regional and global Performance Marketing and Acquisition stakeholders.

The position will support the Senior Manager in driving the effectiveness of paid media investments, with a focus on optimizing performance outcomes.

The role will also contribute to shaping local messaging and campaign planning, ensuring alignment with Iberia priorities and overall business objectives.

 

Areas of responsibility :

  • Act as the in-market point of contact for Performance Marketing, supporting the execution of local strategy.
  • Execute and optimise paid media campaigns to deliver against CPA and sign-up objectives.
  • Monitor performance across channels (search, social, programmatic display, affiliates, CTV, native) and implement ongoing optimisations.
  • Support campaign planning and calendar execution for Spain in coordination with Brand Marketing.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned with campaign needs.
  • Provide local performance analysis on channels, campaigns and content, and share insights with regional teams.
  • Track competitor activity and contribute to market benchmarking.
  • Support the development and execution of A/B tests, including defining hypotheses and sharing learnings.
  • Identify local opportunities across publishers, partnerships and audience targeting to drive growth and improve performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to activate campaigns and implement agreed initiatives.
  • Contribute to conversion rate optimisation initiatives across landing pages and the purchase funnel.
  • Apply MMM and incrementality insights to support budget allocation and channel optimisation decisions.


Experience and qualifications :

  • Solid experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within a subscription or DTC environment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with key campaign management platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager).
  • Familiarity with MMM, attribution models or incrementality frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Looker, Data Studio or similar).
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt global strategies locally.
  • Experience in an international matrix organisation is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and local language, with good awareness of local market trends.
  • Strong ability to analyse and act on full-funnel data.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid presentation skills.

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong prioritisation skills when managing multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously.
