What You Will Do
Reporting to the Head, Technical Account Management, the Senior Technical Account Manager will oversee all technical aspects of Disney’s partnerships with distribution partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal business development, product, and technology teams to onboard partners, support platform deployments, and advance Disney’s strategic distribution goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for digital media and video streaming solutions, extensive experience leading complex, cross‑functional technology integrations, and familiarity with application development across a variety of platforms. Equally important is a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders—including product, technology, engineering, finance, business, and executive leadership teams at Disney.

- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional customer relationship and account management skills, with the ability to influence and advocate for Disney’s product and technology initiatives. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impacts and vice versa.
