The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.
What You Will Do:
Conduct in-depth analyses of competitor financials, business models, and market positioning
Research competitor content releases and assess their impact on consumer behavior and sign-up trends
Build financial/market models in Excel to evaluate business opportunities and risks
Synthesize findings into clear, visually compelling presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
Track and summarize industry developments, including earnings calls, M&A activity, and new product launches
Conduct focused, ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions and support cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and analytics
Leverage analytical findings to support data-driven marketing and content strategy decisions
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a data related field
Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data manipulation, etc.) and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze complex data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly
Experience conducting industry/market research and competitor benchmarking
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Currently enrolled as a Graduate level student pursuing a graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

The approximate dates of this position are January 2026 through June 2026
Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York, New York area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in New York is $30.40 per hour.
