Sr. Marketing Specialist, Disney+ Content, will engage in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Media Planning, Event Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy Marketing, Brand & Franchise, and Performance marketing teams, external online agencies, and other marketing partners. On a daily basis, the role involves working closely with Marketing and Publicity leads for Disney+ content. The responsibilities encompass formulating marketing strategies, social media activities, overseeing digital media campaigns, scheduling activities, and leading stunt projects.
Moreover, the position requires close coordination with external agencies to manage campaigns and develop exceptional and impactful content. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content trends, and the candidate is expected to serve as a thought leader well-versed in industry trends and the latest innovations. Strong passion and outstanding communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance awareness of preference for the content
- Execute, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to meet or suppress strict direct response goals
- Demonstrate excellent strategic planning skills, identifying, prioritizing, and -impact digital and social media campaigns and initiatives
- Identify new opportunities and creative stunt ideas for Disney+ content, and oversee the execution of projects
- Coordinate with media planning, event marketing and influencer marketing team on marketing strategies and executions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing campaign planning and operations, with preference for managing digital and social media initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and creative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions for tangible performance improvements
- Proficiency in social media content agency management
- Adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and robust commitment to achieving goals with excellent presentation skills.
- Outstanding collaborative, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Proficient in shooting and managing social media content
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean.
