Disney SEA is looking to hire a passionate, and focused individual as e-Commerce manager who will be responsible for leading the relationship with e-Commerce channel partners and Disney Licensees and building a digital first business proposition. You would be accountable for:
  • End to end account management of the e-Commerce channel partners
  • Drive business growth on e-Commerce channel across the 6 markets in SEA
  • Stakeholder Management – Category Teams, Licensing partners, Design teams


  • Drive the business growth with key channel partners across the region e.g. Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Zalora et al
    • Build strong relationships with the category teams at the channel partner end and drive the business focus
    • Work with the category teams & focus licensees in each country to ensure the business calendars and launch timelines are met and the business plans are adhered to
  • Act a strategic partner to the Category managers and help build a digital outlook for the business.
  • Business planning, forecasting and aligning business priorities with the category managers for the E-commerce channel and focus licensees
  • Identify the gaps in the Category, Price Points, Product range and help the country teams build a licensee base which can effectively service the e-commerce channel
  • Plan and execute the marketing calendar with each E-Commerce partner so as to drive visibility and sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to execute Signature Campaigns and build consistent engagement with the e-commerce platforms
  • Design, analyse and circulate the relevant sales and visibility metrics. Ensure metric is maintained and circulated.
  • Conduct sales review with E-commerce and country teams on a Monthly basis
  • Identify the gaps in business engagement between Disney Licensing partners and E-commerce platforms.
    • Find solutions to help address the issues and facilitate smooth operations.
    • Design and implement processes to ensure that the identified issues are addressed at the core level
  • Share industry best practices and keep up to date on global trends and practices

Erforderliche Qualifikation:

  • Overall 5+ years of experience working in a high performing environment, with strong emphasis on key account management, sales and business development
  • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales from a reputed Institute
  • 2 – 3 years of e-Commerce experience required.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability of work independently and effectively across a highly dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating across teams and communicating to senior management
  • Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity
  • Comfortable with and proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication in English ( any additional language from SEA countries would be an added advantage)
