The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-To-Consumer and International (DTCI) is a global business segment with the mission of providing consumers around the world access to the content they want most, on the latest platforms, at a time of rapidly evolving consumer habits. The Product Marketing & Digital Experience Intern role is part of the Disney+ Growth Retention & Lifecycle team and is responsible to lend support for projects on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through the development, set-up and optimization of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value for Disney+.
Responsibilities:
Migration Mapping Project
- Learn about the current and new platform structures (e.g., SMS, app store tools, asset management systems)
- Support the team in auditing existing pages, app store metadata, and assets - identify what needs to be migrated, updated, or retired
- Build an organized tracker that maps old vs. new asset locations and dependencies
- Assist in uploading or transferring assets following new team SOPs
- Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues encountered during migration and propose process improvements
- Present key learnings, highlights, and recommendations to the team
Campaign Management
- Develop and present monthly slide decks outlining upcoming Disney+ content priorities to major external stakeholders.
- Set-up campaigns with key partners to highlight the latest titles on Disney+ for HK, TW, SEA markets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate and manage assets and localization for different markets.
- Work with creative agencies to request and manage assets for upcoming campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose actionable areas for improvement.
Marketing Landing Page Refresh
- Execute monthly updates to refresh marketing landing pages with the latest and upcoming titles on Disney+.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment and integration of landing page.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to produce and update marketing assets.
Website & Partner CTV Updates
- Conduct monthly refreshes on company’s websites and partner CTV channels for HKSEA markets.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to request and manage assets for website updates.
- Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
Product Requests
- Create product request documents to support the implementation of new features on Disney+.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights for comprehensive product proposals.
- Assist throughout the product lifecycle teams from proposal to live implementation, addressing any ad-hoc requests.
- Propose areas of improvement for Disney+ features to enhance user experience, engagement, and retention.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between May to August 2026

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Has a strong willingness to run test and learn at a customer and campaign level.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritise work projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability in analytical and numerical skills is an added value.
- Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, National Geographic, and general entertainment (Korean dramas, Hollywood/U.S. series, Japanese anime, etc.)
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for the streaming industry
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high-level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways.
- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity.
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating themself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
