About the Role & Team


The Disney+ team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Disney+ across the Nordics, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics. In this role, you will be coordinating production of campaigns for CRM, push notifications as well as assets for our performance marketing. You’ll work closely with the customer management and performance marketing teams both locally and Regionally

Join our Acquisition and Retention team in the Nordics and become a key player as a Customer Campaign coordinator. You’ll combine your eye for detail and your talent for managing multiple campaigns from start to finish. You will be coordinating and ordering assets, translations and copies from brief to delivery for all our campaigns for Acquisition and Retention on Disney+.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in either of our Disney Nordic offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm. This role is a fixed-term parental leave cover until approx. end of February 2027.

What You Will Do

  • Ordering assets for performance marketing, including social, display and CTV, as well as CRM campaigns, with help from our in-house creative department

  • Control that all assets are created on time and in line with expectations before delivering the files to the relevant stakeholders

  • You’ll use your creativity to provide copy for CRM and Performance campaigns

  • Managing translations from external agencies and inhouse stakeholders

  • Work closely with our Subscriber Acquisition Manager and Customer Retention Supervisor to align on planning of campaigns and production of campaigns

  • Work with creative department on developing/producing/delivering regional content according to regional guidelines

  • Communicate ideas, timelines and updates articulately and proactively to your colleagues

  • Keep frequent communication with external suppliers. I.e. translation agencies. Co-ordinate the bookings of translations and keeping the list of translators up to date

  • Ensure all work reflects Disney values and quality standards and is in line with Disney policy, branding, technical quality and legal requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working in the marketing industry, with exposure to production and/or coordination within Digital media

  • Understanding some production techniques

  • Confident in working within a multi territory language environment

  • Experience of asset management and with copywriting

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Highly computer literate, confident with the MS Office Suite and with Airtable, Monday or other similar project management platforms

  • A high attention to detail is essential

  • Excellent communication skills both in English and at least one other Nordic language (verbal and written)
